San Francisco is in growing need of affordable senior housing.  This project explores how to meet the rules and regulations affordable housing units and yet make it a great community for those living there; to investigate possibilities for the BART Plaza; to design new Senior Housing Architecture with ground floor retail demonstrating architectural excellence, livable spaces, and appropriate fit with the Mission District neighborhood.
