Gibson Remodel:
Site visit, measurements, CAD drafted plans and permit process for Gibson Remodel. This remodel consisted of converting two bedrooms into one, taking down the dividing wall, and converting the existing master bathroom to be ADA compliant for the client's disability needs.
Construction Application Checklist:
Six different checklist were developed for the convenience of residential and commercial building permitting process.

Developed handout diagrams on CAD for builders to follow Building Code requirements. Designed diagrams for downtown businesses to follow signage regulations.
